Meet the Chef
Chef and Owner, Hunter Wells is a graduate of the French Culinary Institute in New York City. He worked locally across many Long Island restaurants, where he honed his craft. Hunter is a purist who craves interesting juxtapositions. His fondest childhood memory was dreaming of becoming a Chef while cooking at home with his Father. Hunter’s late Grandfather’s unstoppable optimistic spirit inspired the Chef to pursue his dream, which he realized with the culmination of Hunter Restaurant.
